With effect from 3 Jan 2018, our new studio is located at 61 Ubi Road 1, #04-10, Oxley Bizhub 1 (Take Lift Lobby 3 which is beside the foodcourt), Singapore 408727. 

Drivers can drive up ramp directly to level 4 or park at basement carpark near to Lift Lobby 3.

Rates
Weekdays at S$50/hr, Full day(8hrs) at S$300.00 (Exclude public holidays)
Minimum 2 hours booking on weekdays.

Sat/Sun & Public Holidays at S$70/hr, Full day (8hrs) at S$450.00 
Minimum 4 hours booking on weekends.

We are open daily from 10am till 10pm.  

Studio is monitored by CCTVs 24/7. Toilet is located outside the studio just beside the lift lobby 3.

Do note that there is a $100 cleaning/sanitising surcharge for any food and drinks consumed in the studio. (Except for bottled mineral water which is allowed)

We strongly recommend having your meals at the food court directly below the studio on level 1, opened from 8am till 8pm, Mon - Sat.

i) 1 balanced overhead boom stand (Subject to approval for usage)
